Orucapp ("we", "the app") is an intermittent fasting and nutrition tracking application. We take your privacy seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
All data is used solely for app functionality: to run the app's features (tracking, reminders, personalized plans, AI coaching if enabled). We do not use your data for third-party advertising, developer marketing, or cross-app tracking.
Orucapp's AI-powered features (weekly meal plan, fridge recipe suggestion, recipe replacement, food photo recognition) are opt-in. You see an in-app disclosure the first time you tap one of these features and must tap Accept and Continue before any data is sent.
Service used: OpenRouter Inc. (openrouter.ai) — model deepseek/deepseek-v3.2. OpenRouter forwards the request to the underlying model provider on a per-call basis.
What is sent:
What is NOT sent: your name, email address, Apple User ID, contacts, location, HealthKit values, weight history, or meal log.
How it is sent: over HTTPS, only when you trigger an AI feature. We do not run servers; the request goes directly from your device to OpenRouter.
Equal protection: OpenRouter's privacy policy and the underlying model provider's terms apply. Per OpenRouter's policy, prompts are not used for model training.
Revoking consent: Profile → Settings → AI data sharing toggle. Once revoked, AI features stop sending any data and silently degrade (e.g. the daily tip falls back to a hard-coded message).
Your data stays in your private iCloud as long as you use the app. You can delete all data at any time:
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Because the data lives in your own iCloud, you already control it directly. For support, email emrmob7@gmail.com.
Orucapp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Orucapp ("biz", "uygulama"), aralıklı oruç ve beslenme takip uygulamasıdır. Gizliliğinize önem veriyoruz. Bu politika, hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar.

Orucapp'in yapay zekâ destekli özellikleri (haftalık öğün planı, buzdolabı tarif önerisi, tarif değiştirme, yemek fotoğrafı tanıma) opsiyoneldir. Bu özelliklerden birini ilk kez kullandığınızda uygulama içinde bir bilgilendirme görürsünüz ve herhangi bir veri gönderilmeden önce Kabul Et ve Devam Et'e basmanız gerekir.
Kullanılan servis: OpenRouter Inc. (openrouter.ai) — deepseek/deepseek-v3.2 modeli. OpenRouter her çağrıyı ilgili model sağlayıcısına yönlendirir.
Gönderilen veriler:
Gönderilmeyen veriler: ad, e-posta adresi, Apple Kullanıcı ID'si, rehber, konum, HealthKit değerleri, kilo geçmişi veya öğün kayıtları.
Nasıl gönderilir: HTTPS üzerinden, yalnızca bir AI özelliğini siz başlattığınızda. Bizim sunucumuz yoktur; istek doğrudan cihazınızdan OpenRouter'a gider.
Eşdeğer koruma: OpenRouter'ın gizlilik politikası ve alttaki model sağlayıcısının şartları geçerlidir. OpenRouter politikasına göre prompt'lar model eğitiminde kullanılmaz.
Onayı geri çekme: Profil → Ayarlar → AI veri paylaşımı düğmesi. Geri çekildiğinde AI özellikleri veri göndermeyi bırakır ve sessizce devre dışı kalır (örn. günlük ipucu sabit bir mesaja düşer).
Verileriniz, uygulamayı kullandığınız sürece özel iCloud'unuzda kalır. Tüm verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz:
Kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, dışa aktarma veya silme hakkına sahipsiniz. Veriler kendi iCloud'unuzda olduğu için zaten doğrudan sizin kontrolünüzde. Destek için emrmob7@gmail.com.
Orucapp, 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamıyoruz.
Bu politikayı güncellersek yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Güncellemeden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, revize politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
